The Clos du Colombier at the Ferme de Malassise is a former 200 m2 sheepfold located in the heart of Seine-et-Marne, in the wooded Brie countryside.
A beautifully appointed reception hall set within an enclosed, wooded park, ready to host all your family or corporate events (weddings, receptions, family reunions, seminars and more).
It is a former fortified farm that was once a fief of the Abbey of Chaumes-en-Brie, with a moat and buildings from different eras, including a 13th-century dovecote.
All year round, Véronique and Christophe Meurillon will be delighted to welcome you and support you in organising your receptions.
The Colombier estate:
- In a landscaped, enclosed and wooded park,
- a 200 m² hall accommodating up to 150 seated guests and 180 for a cocktail reception,
- an adjoining 75 m² canopy over a 110 m² terrace,
- a welcome hall with cloakroom,
- accessible restrooms,
- a catering area.
- Tables and chairs are provided with the hall.
- Geothermal underfloor heating ensures maximum comfort whatever the season, and plant-based wastewater treatment (phytoremediation) reflects a sustainable approach.
